Mark Seliger (American, b.1959) is a photographer particularly noted for his portraits. He was born in Amarillo, TX, but later moved with his family to Houston, TX. Realizing that he had an affinity for the art world, he went to school at the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston.

He was Rolling Stone’s Chief Photographer from 1992-2002, where he shot over 175 covers.

This resulted in five new videos, in which Seliger shares  Mark Seliger is a preeminent American photographer. Seliger began working for Rolling Stone in 1987, and served as its chief photographer from 1992 to 2001.
